Jay-Z gets custom car color from GMC
Jay-Z just keeps finding ways to get companies to pay him. His latest coup? It's called "Jay-Z Blue" and it will be arriving at a car dealer near you. The custom color will adorn the GMC Yukon SUV and the MC helped unveil it Saturday at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. "Hopefully I'll be able to drive one of them out of here tonight," Jay-Z told the Associated Press. Jay worked with automobile manufacturer General Motors for the past two years to come up with what's described as a reflective shade of blue. GM had other celebrities roll out new vehicles Saturday, but no one else got a color named after them. Jennifer Hudson, Vivica A. Fox, Rosie Perez, Carmen Electra, Christian Slater, Mario Lopez and Nick Lachey were among those that escorted vehicles to the stage.
